Now We are going to talk about exercise ,in previous post we have talked about walk,healthy diet,drinking,these are some easy way for flatten tummy and also help to make us capable for  doing different types of exercise.Some exercise are also related to overcome some disease.

Regular exercise is one of the best things for your health. There are many benefits including improving your overall health and fitness and reducing your risk for many chronic diseases. There are many different types of exercises; It is important that you choose the right type for yourself. Most people benefit from their combination.

Stamina, or aerobic, increases your heart rate and increases your heart rate. They keep your heart, lungs, and circulatory system healthy and improve your overall fitness. Examples include fast walking, jogging, swimming, and biking.

Strength, or resistance training, exercises strengthen your muscles. Some examples are using lifting and resistance band.
Balancing exercises can help prevent walking and falling on uneven surfaces. To improve your balance, practice like a Tai Chi or a leg stand.
