Helpful Instructions For Walk:-
- Tie Up Your Tummy with warm Belt
- Before Walk Take One Glass of warm Water
- Try To Take Light Breakfast but don't skip Breakfast
- After Walk Don't Eat Anything for 1 Hour
- During Walk if you feel thirsty then have less amount of water
- if you feel fatigued,then try to do slower walk but don"t stop.
- It is not boundation that you have to do 15 minutes walk ,you can easily increase up timing according to your comfort.
