Helpful Instructions For Walk:-

  1. Tie Up Your Tummy with warm Belt 
  2. Before Walk Take One Glass of warm Water
  3. Try To Take Light Breakfast but don't skip Breakfast
  4. After Walk Don't Eat Anything for 1 Hour
  5. During Walk if you feel thirsty then have less amount of water
  6. if you feel fatigued,then try to do slower  walk  but don"t stop.
  7. It is not  boundation that you have to do 15 minutes walk ,you can easily increase up timing according to your comfort.
