Now We are going to talk about exercise ,in previous post we have talked about walk,healthy diet,drinking,these are some easy way for flatten tummy and also help to make us capable for  doing different types of exercise.Some exercise are also related to overcome some disease.

Regular exercise is one of the best things for your health. There are many benefits including improving your overall health and fitness and reducing your risk for many chronic diseases. There are many different types of exercises; It is important that you choose the right type for yourself. Most people benefit from their combination.

Stamina, or aerobic, increases your heart rate and increases your heart rate. They keep your heart, lungs, and circulatory system healthy and improve your overall fitness. Examples include fast walking, jogging, swimming, and biking.

Strength, or resistance training, exercises strengthen your muscles. Some examples are using lifting and resistance band.
Balancing exercises can help prevent walking and falling on uneven surfaces. To improve your balance, practice like a Tai Chi or a leg stand.

Water  is very essential for our body,but it is also important for flatten  your tummy.You always have to drink water, but it is especially important to try to level your abdomen. When you drink water, your body helps maintain the proper balance of fluids, stop water retention (the main inflammatory cause of the stomach) and let everything you eat, in general, will make you eat less. Water is also greasy for energy and food moves your muscles to keep your metabolism

If You cant drink more water then add some lemon and also try to take juice everyday ,so that you can manintain your drinking habit. 

Take green tea Once in whole day. Especially when you are going for  workout. Green tea is really helpful to burn fat and also helpful for digest our heavy food, you will feel so light after having it

Smooth hydrated is a great way to stay hydrated and can contribute to a stomach belly. When you make spices with watermelon, you have the advantage of amino acids, which is called arginine in the melon. A study in the Journal of Nutrition found that organism can reduce body fat and increase fat muscle.

Watermelon smoothie. Pour two cups of watermelon and put it in the mixer. Add 1/4 cup of skimmed milk and mix for about 15 seconds or until smooth. Add 2 cups of ice and mix for 20 seconds or until you get the desired composition. This recipe serves two.
Pineapple smoothie. Measure 1 cup of skimmed milk and put it in a mixer in one of 4 ounces of fresh or canned pineapple pieces. Place the mixer "whip" and mix for 1 minute. Pour on the glass and add 1 tablespoon of cold pressed organic flax seed oil. Make one dose

Try to avoid some carbonated and fermented beverages,as these are so harmful to take.it also increase  our belly fat create some swollen and bloated belly,

It's not just some carbonated drinks that contain sorbitol. It can also be found in yogurt, low-calorie foods, chewing gum and hard candy.

Healthy Diet Means, eat your meal on time , do not Skip any of  meal(Breakfast,Lunch, Dinner), try to take salad with every meal ,took fruit once in day, try to use nonstick oil. These are  some  ways to become physically fit. Helpful Instructions For Walk:-

  1. Tie Up Your Tummy with warm Belt 
  2. Before Walk Take One Glass of warm Water
  3. Try To Take Light Breakfast but don't skip Breakfast
  4. After Walk Don't Eat Anything for 1 Hour
  5. During Walk if you feel thirsty then have less amount of water
  6. if you feel fatigued,then try to do slower  walk  but don"t stop.
  7. It is not  boundation that you have to do 15 minutes walk ,you can easily increase up timing according to your comfort.
